AGNIESZKA RYCHLIK





Agnieszka Rychlik was born in Cracow (Poland) in 1973. She has been interested in Early Music and period instrument playing since 1992. She graduated from the Music Academy in Cracow, baroque violin class with Zygmunt Kaczmarski and also Music Education (with conducting as a main subject). Postgraduate study (1996-1998) she has made in the Sweelinck Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Lucy van Dael. She studied also in Dresdner Akademie für Alte Musik with Simon Standage. Apart from violin she plays also baroque viola and viola d’amore. She participated in many courses with such musicians as Marinette Troost, Jaap ter Linden, Jacques Ogg, Gustav Leonhardt, Anner Bylsma, Wouter Möller, Barthold Kuijken, Manfredo Kraemer, Jordi Savall.
Since 1995 Agnieszka Rychlik has been playing in Warsaw Chamber Opera with period instruments ensemble Musicae Antiquae Collegium Varsoviense, performing function of the second concertmaster. She cooperates with many Early Music ensembles in Poland and elsewhere in Europe, such as:

in medieval and Renaissance repertoire, she cooperates with „Ardente Sole” – the historical dance groupe.
She took part in many recordings in Poland and abroad (see „Discography” below).
In July 2002 and July 2003 she was a teacher of Early Music Courses in Le Treport (France), which was organized by J.-P. Menuge, and in October 2002 with J.Ogg, R.Zipperling, P.Holstlag she taught students in Budapest (Hungary). In August 2003 and August 2004 she organised Early Music Courses in Niepolomice (Poland) and was teaching there baroque violin and viola.
Since 2001 she’s been teaching baroque violin and baroque viola at the Cracow Lutoslawski Conservatorium.





Agnieszka Rychlik-ukończyła Akademię Muzyczną w Krakowie, w klasie skrzypiec barokowych Zygmunta Kaczmarskiego oraz Sweelinck Conservatorium w Amsterdamie u Lucy van Dael. Studiowała również w Dresdner Akademie für Alte Musik u Simona Standage’a. Od kilkunastu lat interesuje się wykonawstwem muzyki dawnej na instrumentach historycznych. Oprócz skrzypiec gra jeszcze na altówce barokowej i violi d’amore. Brała udział w licznych kursach prowadzonych m.in. przez M.Troost, J.ter Lindena, G.Leonhardta, A.Bylsmę, W.Möllera, B.Kuijkena, M.Kraemera, J.Savalla. Od 1995 r. do 2006 grała w zespole Musicae Antique Collegium Varsoviense przy Warszawskiej Operze Kameralnej pełniąc funkcję drugiego koncertmistrza. Współpracowała również z wieloma zespołami muzyki dawnej, m.in. Concerto Polacco, Anima Eterna, Le Concert des Nationes, Dolnośląską Orkiestrą Barokową, I Virtuosi, Orkiestrą I Rzeczpospolitej, Kleine Cammer-Musique, Consortium Iagiellonicum, Harmonia Sacra, Musica Florea, Camerata Silesia, Il Tempo, Orkiestrą Liryczną, Les Perruques d’Amsterdam, Le Grande Ecurie et la Chambre du Roy.

Od 2001 roku rozpoczęła działalność pedagogiczną ucząc w Konserwatorium Krakowskim im. W. Lutosławskiego oraz prowadząc kursy interpretacji muzyki dawnej we Francji (2002,2003) na Węgrzech (2002) i w Polsce (2003,2004).

Obecnie gra w Les Musiciens du Louvre, Le Concert d'Astree, Le Poeme Harmonique i jako koncertmistrz w Orfeo 55 - zespole Nathalie Stutzmann.
Dokonała licznych nagrań płytowych w kraju i za granicą.
